Our Brands

Heavyweight Sediment Control Solutions

We manufacture effective, durable, and reusable products for the sediment control and stormwater pollution prevention industries.  Looking forward, we hope to expand distribution of our products into more states outside of California and Colorado where the majority of our business is located.

Grassroots Fabric Pots

These fabric pots are basic and effective for the horticulturalist.  We strive to provide factory direct pricing and wholesale discounts online for growers.  Our goal is to never sacrifice quality in this process.

Custom Industrial Sewing

While not a brand in and of itself, we love to help you build your brand by accomplishing industrial sewing for you.  We enjoy making new products for others.

Meet Richard Quinley, CEO

Richard Quinley graduated with a BA in Economics from Chico State in 1991.  He began his career in the industrial packaging industry in 1995 as an import agent for industrial packaging.  He later became a General Manager in charge of imports.  In 2003, he decided to branch out on his own and formed World Textile and Bag (WTB), Inc.  WTB started then with two employees, and has grown to over 20 employees in 2014.  Richard has been the trail blazer for WTB, Inc.’s innovative path, overseeing the addition and constant improvement of our products.

Richard is married to Carol Quinley, who happens to be our Director of Administration.  Together they have four kids that keep them busy with sports and other activities.  Richard has had the pleasure of coaching all four kids in soccer, baseball, and basketball.

In his rare moments of spare time, Richard likes to kayak, work on his 1967 Olds 442, and travel.  His alter ego is a ninja warrior, and he really likes monkeys.
